2. Event Registration
Registration Terms: You agree to provide accurate information. Registration may be subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations.
Payment and Refunds: Event fees will be clearly stated during registration. Refund policies will be provided for each specific event. Contact us for refund requests.
Event Participation: By attending events, you agree to follow venue rules, treat others with respect, assume responsibility for your belongings, and follow organizer directions.
3. User Content
When you submit content (contact forms, registration info, comments, photos), you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display your content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
Photo and Media Release: By attending events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken and used on our Site, social media, and promotional materials. Notify event staff if you do not wish to be photographed.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site content is owned by Texas Ally Rally and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

Event Liability: Texas Ally Rally is a volunteer-run organization. You participate in events at your own risk. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, theft, weather issues, or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance on your RV and belongings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Ally Rally, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, event attendance, or your content or conduct.
